55 miles south of S. Francisco, Año Nuevo Point trail is a small, rocky point that juts out into the Pacific Ocean. It is the site of the largest midland breeding colony in the Nord America for the northern elephant seal.

The first part of the trail resembles Apulia landscape during the spring: Mediterranean vegetation on the sea! However, we do not feel homesick because we are going to be there in 20 days!
